Art has always been a part of my life. Throughout time I have studied at C.W.Post College in NY, and with various artists on an individual basis. After growing up in NY, I moved to Texas in 1975 where I have lived most of my life. For 7 years I lived in Hawaii, where I joined a cooperative and worked with local artists.

I have worked in many mediums, including pastel, acrylic and mixed medium, but find myself returning to pastels as a favorite. Subjects range from landscapes, seascapes, animals and abstracts.

My work has been displayed at numerous venues in Central Texas, including Dougherty Gallery, Bass Concert Hall, Austin Bergstrom Airport, as well as many local restaurants and small galleries. My art hangs in collections in Hawaii, New York, New Mexico, California, Oregon, Florida and of course, Texas.

My preference is to work primarily in originals. Each piece is a new expresssion, a new vision, and when complete, I let go of that creation and move on to the next. By allowing myself to enjoy the creativity of art, I feel my work is more passionate, spontaneous and above all, fun.
