Submitting art is easy. For most submissions, just select your image, enter the basic artwork information, enter your name and email, and click SUBMIT ART.

• If you haven't already logged in, log in now.
• Click the Add Image to Submit button and select one of your original, limited edition, or open edition images.
• When submitting art for an exhibit, choose the exhibit if it is not already defaulted. Click the information icon () next to the exhibit to view general information and detailed instructions for submitting art.
• Enter the basic artwork information, such as title, artist, medium, size, and price as applicable.
• Optional: Add an art story, additional images, framed views, or giclée print options. See "What Optional Images and Information Can I Add?" below for more information.
• Choose the artwork status: Submitted Private (default) keeps your artwork from public view; only you and Austin Art & Frame administrators can view it. Choose Submitted if you want your artwork publicly visible immediately.
• Enter your name and email.
• Click the large SUBMIT ART button at the bottom.

That's it! Once the upload progress reaches 100%, you will be asked if you want to review your submission online. Select OK to view your artwork online. To submit another artwork, click KEEP SUBMITTING. Many of your previous settings will already be filled in, so you only need to change information that is different, such as the title, size, and price.

To update your artwork, log in and open the artwork page you want to change. One way to find it is through ADMIN → All My Art, then click the artwork image. On the artwork page, click UPDATE, make your changes, then click UPDATE ART DATA.

Changing your artwork status: If your artwork is Submitted Private, you can change the Status to Submitted at any time when you want the artwork to become publicly visible.

1. Submit a framed view of your art.
2. Submit additional views including closeups and art displayed in different spaces.
3. Offer giclee print sizes of the artwork.
4. Add notes for the curator to see.

For sale of originals other than through gallery exhibits, leave the exhibit blank and proceed to submit your original art. You can also offer giclee prints at the same time.

For sale of giclee prints, proceed as you would for gallery exhibits or originals and select your print media and sizes. The file must be large enough for the print sizes you want to offer.

If you submit multiple artworks over time and want options, sizes, and prices to be defaulted, you can define defaults under the Artist Admin Standard Sizes/Prices menu option after you log in.
