Use this page to make it easier, faster, and more consistent on sizes and prices as you submit art for sale.

Once configured, as you submit art to our website, you are able to populate the sizes and prices automatically so that pricing is as consistent as you want. To change prices for all art previously submitted, you can simply update the sizes/prices here and apply to all your art.

The time you spend configuring your common sizes/prices will make submitting and managing the sizes and prices of your art much simpler.

1. Enter the most common size you want to offer.

2. Click 'Show More Sizes' to view other sizes with the same proportions (aspect ratio). Click here for more info about aspect ratios.

3. Check the ones you also want to offer.

4. Repeat steps 1 - 3 for your common sizes. It's best not to offer too many sizes or otherwise on-line customers can become overwhelmed with too many options and can't decide. As you submit your art, the system will only show the sizes that are applicable (same aspect ratio).

2. Select the Edition of your print (e.g. Original, Open Giclee, etc.). Further specify with the Medium, Mounting, and Presentation.

For example, a common choice for original works of art is:

• Edition: Original
• Medium: Oil
• Mounting: Gallery Wrapped
• Presentation: Unframed.

A common choice for reproductions on canvas is:

• Edition: Open Edition
• Medium: Canvas Giclee
• Mounting: Not Mounted
• Presentation: Unframed.

A common choice for reproductions on art paper is:

• Edition: Open Edition
• Medium: Matte Giclee
• Mounting:Not Mounted
• Presentation:Unframed.

A common choice for poster prints is:

• Edition: Open Edition
• Medium: Luster Giclee
• Mounting:Not Mounted
• Presentation:Unframed.

3. For giclees, our cost for printing will be shown. All costs shown are qty 1 pricing. Especially for smaller print sizes (8x10 and smaller), if you purchase prints in even small quantities (>5), you will receive a quantity discount that will reduce the cost. For larger sizes (larger than 8x10), small quantity discounts can also help you achieve the price point you want. For quantity discount pricing, please contact us.

4. Select a Calc Type. To base your pricing on cost, select Cost Markup. Then enter a Markup value such as 2 (for double) or 3 (for triple) or a decimal such as 2.5 (for two and a half) times cost. The price will be the cost times your Cost Markup. So for example, if the cost for a specific size were $10 and the Cost Markup 3, then the Price for that size will be computed as $30.

To base your Price on Size, there are two options: Price/Square Inch and Price/United Inch. If you select Price/Square Inch, the Price will be computed as Width*Height times the Price/Square Inch. For example, if the Price/Square Inch were 3 and the Size were 16x20, then the Price for that size will be computed as $960 (16x20x3).

If you select Price/United Inch, the Price will be computed as Width+Height times Price/United Inch. For example, if the Price/United Inch were 30 and the Size were 16x20, then the Price for that size will be computed as (16+20)*25 which equals $900. In general Price/United Inch is a bit higher for smaller sized items while Price/Square Inch is a bit higher for larger sized items.

5. For another example on pricing, if you want to consistently price your original, acrylic medium, gallery wrapped, ready to hang art at $20/United Inch for your common sizes (e.g. 16x20, 24x36, 30x40), you could enter the following:

• Edition: Original
• Medium: Acrylic
• Mounting: Gallery Wrapped
• Presentation: Unframed Ready to Hang
• Price/United Inch: 20.

Then, for example, original 16x20's would be (16+20)*20 = $640, 24x36's would be (24+36)*20 = $1200, and 30x40's would be (30+40)*20 = $2400.

6. Repeat this process for other combinations of Edition, Medium, Mounting, and Presentation.

Currently you can configure up to 3 different combinations and for each one up to 9 different sizes. You can copy from the prior combination and simply change one or more of the options.
